Two and a half years ago we relocated from Nashville to Fort Worth. One of our top priorities was to search out a new veterinarian and hospital for our furkids. In all the years of owning dogs and living in various towns, our dogs were always scared and anxious when going to vet clinics. That all changed when we found Dr. Ryals and her staff at 287. The weird thing is when we arrived for our appointment at 287 Animal Hospital our dogs were excited to go in, never got scared and loved every minute of their check up.  The staff is the best and our dogs love it here, need we say more!

About a year ago I adopted a cat and I had no clue what kind of food, vaccines, or even litter was needed to care for my pet.  I brought my pet to 287 Animal Hospital where Dr. Ryals in the most caring manner I have ever seen, answered my questions and coached me on how to take care of my new pet.  Dr. Ryals answered every one of my questions at every visit and made Patches and I feel like we are part of the 287 Animal Hospital Family.  Dr. Ryals and her amazing staff always recognize Patches and I and you can’t help but know that they genuinely care about you and your pet.  I will always recommend Dr. Ryals and 287 Animal Hospital to everyone I know for all of their pets needs because I know that they will receive not only excellent care but respect for both owner and pet.

I personally worked with Dr. Ryals in the early 1990’s and her love and care for animals has always been top notch. After learning that she had opened up her own practice, I have been taking my pets to her ever since. I can not say enough about her compassion and comfort to me when it was time to say goodbye to my beloved cocker spaniel, Alex. I later adopted a Rotti/Lab mix who was very sick. It took 3 weeks of treatments, a lot of love & force feeding from me and the excellent knowledge, experience and care of Dr. Ryals to save his life. He is now a happy and healthy dog. Not only do I recommend Dr. Ryals as a veterinarian, I would not take my pets anywhere else. She is the best!

We started going to Dr. Ryals shortly after she had opened 287 Animal Hospital and I fell in love with not only her, but her staff as well. Everyone shows such compassion to the pets, they are not just animals in their eyes; but part of your family. Dr. Ryals takes the time to answer all your questions and explains everything thoroughly and  if you call with questions or concerns, Dr. Ryals takes the time to call you back. The only word I can use to describe Dr. Ryals, her staff and hospital is AWESOME.
